We collect information necessary to issue your digital pass, verify in-store cashier checkouts, and credit rewards. This includes your mobile number, name, email address, optional family member names (for Family Pass holders), and receipt photos uploaded for cashback auditing.
2. Location & Geodesic Data
The Bharat Saving mobile app utilizes device GPS coordinates strictly when the app is active in the foreground to calculate straight-line distances to nearby partner stores. We do NOT track or store continuous background location data.
3. Zero Data Sale Pledge
We respect Indian consumer rights. Bharat Saving does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal phone numbers, grocery purchasing habits, or healthcare diagnostics records to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Security & Cryptographic Passes
Pass tokens and digital membership QR codes use cryptographic time-based algorithms ensuring merchants only verify valid status without obtaining your personal contact records.
