1. Membership Validity
Each Single Member Pass, Student Pass, or Family Multi-Pass purchased through Bharat Saving is valid for a period of 365 days from the time of digital card activation. Pass privileges cannot be transferred to non-registered third parties.
2. In-Store Redemption Rules
Discounts must be claimed prior to final bill generation by presenting your in-app QR code pass to the store cashier. Merchants reserve the right to decline retroactive discounts after an official invoice has already been closed.
3. Merchant Agreements
Partner outlets contractually agree to honor stated member discounts. If an outlet refuses to honor an active pass discount, members should report the issue via the in-app dispute button or support desk with a copy of their receipt for resolution and reimbursement.
4. Wallet Bonus & Cashback
The ₹100 welcome bonus and approved cashback funds may be used toward membership renewals, digital voucher redemptions, or partner rewards as outlined inside the application wallet screen.
